Public Notice Regarding the Issuance of the Revised Environmental Regulatory Act (VLADROM SRL)
VLADROM S.R.L. hereby informs the interested public that the Buzău Environmental Protection Agency has issued Revised Screening Decision No. 197 of 6 December 2023 for the project: “Development of a mineral aggregate extraction site on the terrace of the Buzău River, with land restoration through slope shaping, topsoil covering and levelling”, located in the Municipality of Buzău, Land Book No. 54877, Cadastral No. 54877, T56, P929, Buzău County.
VLADROM S.R.L. hereby informs the interested public that the Buzău Environmental Protection Agency has issued Revised Screening Decision No. 197 of 6 December 2023 for the project:
“Development of a mineral aggregate extraction site on the terrace of the Buzău River, with land restoration through slope shaping, topsoil covering and levelling”, located in the Municipality of Buzău, Land Book No. 54877, Cadastral No. 54877, T56, P929, Buzău County.
The decision of the environmental authority, as well as the relevant information underlying the review decision, may be consulted on the website of the Buzău County Directorate for the Environment, at www.djmbz.anmap.gov.ro, and at the registered office of VLADROM S.R.L., located in Breaza Commune, Breaza Village, Buzău County, from Monday to Thursday, between 8:30 a.m. and 1:00 p.m., and on Friday, between 8:30 a.m. and 12:00 p.m.
Comments and appeals from the public may be submitted to the competent environmental authority at office@djmbz.anmap.gov.ro, within 10 days from the date of publication of this notice.
